Former Head of the U.S. Small Business Administration Joins

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hector V. Barreto, the former administrator of the United States Small Business Administration and the new Chairman of the Latino Coalition, has been named to the Board of Directors of MyMedicalRecords.com (MMR), the leading web-based provider of consumer controlled health care and other vital document electronic records.

After his appointment by President Bush and unanimous approval by the U.S. Senate, Barreto served five years at the helm of the SBA and focused major agency attention on assisting small business owners in their dealing with their escalating health care costs and related challenges.
